Harold Lloyd is the forgotten comedian. But during the 1910s-20s he ranked right up there with Keaton and Chaplin. He completed the trio of silent comedic geniuses. His first love was the theater. Thanks to the toss of the a coin flip, his family ended up in southern California instead of New York, — thank goodness! Because of his location he was able to get into the movies at the start and what an exciting time as he became one of the greats who would influence onscreen comedy for all time.
